We offer a range of mindfulness training options, which are all taught by one of the UK’s leading trainers. The courses are highly interactive – everyone involved tries mindfulness during the session and is encouraged to ask questions.

You can choose from four different options:

One-hour taster session

This gives you a bite-size introduction to mindfulness, showing you what it is and how it can help you.

½-day mindfulness essentials course

This longer session allows for a deeper exploration of the practice and benefits of mindfulness.

1-day practitioner essentials course

This course provides you with all the basic knowledge you need to start a regular mindfulness practice.

Eight-session practitioner programme

This is the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) course – first developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in the 1970s and now the industry standard programme for potential mindfulness practitioners. The programme is backed by medical research and gives a thorough grounding in the subject. The course can be delivered in eight weekly sessions, or continually over four days.
