Initial consultation process

As part of our initial consultation we will take the time to get to know your organisation. We will consider such factors as; staff demographics, current services and strategies; wellbeing aspirations; and budget before offering advice on the most suitable solution. Our level of support is client specific, whether that is an occasional phone call or for one of our team to sit on your wellbeing steering group, offering real-time expert advice. It’s entirely up to you.

Review existing processes

We are also more than happy to review your existing policies in relation to stress management and wellbeing and offer any appropriate advice on their content. Or, if you have yet to produce one, we can offer assistance with writing it.

Our training courses cover a number of topics that can be delivered in mini modules

And our ‘Pick & Mix’ approach allows you to select the topics most relevant to you. This simple approach allows you to create your own customised course in matter of minutes. And if something completely bespoke is required, then just let us know … it’s all part of the service!
