Our mission is to help businesses improve mental health in the workplace

Almost half of all employees still feel uncomfortable discussing their mental health issues with their employers. This needs to change. Our aim is to help employers and employees reap the benefits of a positive attitude surrounding mental well-being.

Ethos

We aspire to see people flourishing in the workplace, because we believe that flourishing people create thriving organisations. We do this by providing specialist training and services to support mental health, resilience and well-being. Whether you're looking for face-to-face training, online learning or a blend of the two, we can tailor our training to perfectly suit your organisation and team.

Beliefs

We believe that everyone can thrive and play an essential role as part of a successful team, but that it can only happen when environmental barriers are broken down. With the right support for mental well-being, people can be their best self, providing optimal value to their team. The more supportive and tolerant a workplace, the more resilient your team becomes.

Values

Resilient People was originally formed in 2006 before real demand existed for our type of services. Today we remain driven by the same values, an ongoing passion and desire to make things better. We're proud to say we've helped thousands of people, particularly managers, to build confidence around mental health in the workplace.

Resilience

Resilience can give your team extra psychological strength to battle the adversities, changes and stresses that they encounter on a day to day basis more effectively. As we face ever more complex challenges in our home and work environments, we all need to improve our resilience to prevent illnesses such as depression and anxiety from taking hold.
