Mental Health Support

Trauma Prepared Course

Trauma poses a significant challenge across a broad spectrum of workplaces, a reality that has often been overlooked.

Course: Trauma Prepared

Historically linked with high-risk professions such as the Military and Emergency services, the scope of traumatic experiences is now recognised in many different workplaces. From industrial accidents and encounters with self-harm or suicide to incidents of violence and abuse, as well as being exposed to the traumatic experiences of others, the risks are varied and widespread.

Equipping line managers and team members with the knowledge to recognise the signs of trauma, understand its impact, and offer immediate support, while also guiding affected individuals towards professional help, is vital. Having these processes in place can mitigate the serious impact of trauma and protect the mental health of those affected.
