TRiM Manager Training
Lead your organisation’s trauma response with confidence
What is a TRiM Manager?
TRiM Managers take the Trauma Risk Management process to the next level. They are responsible for coordinating the organisational response after traumatic events, supervising Practitioners, and ensuring the TRiM policy is applied safely and consistently.
TRiM Managers play a crucial role in maintaining psychological safety, ensuring staff receive appropriate support, and making sure TRiM activity is coherent, ethical, and well-managed.

Why TRiM Managers Matter
When a traumatic event occurs, your organisation needs a structured and confident response. TRiM Managers ensure:
- The right people are deployed at the right time
- Practitioners are supported and supervised
- Staff welfare is prioritised
- Risk is monitored across the organisation
- TRiM activity is coordinated and documented appropriately
- Leadership decisions are trauma-informed
This reduces long-term impact, improves resilience, and strengthens psychological safety across the workforce.
