Promoting good psychological health
Thrive
Thrive is a half-day training course designed to help staff at any level to recognise the signs of a potential problem and learn which steps to take to resolve the issue. The purpose of the Thrive course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to help them thrive both at work and at home.
Many of us struggle with the day-to-day challenges that life throws at us.
A happy workforce is a productive workforce, and with this in mind, our Thrive course will teach you how to properly look after yourself both psychologically and physically, spot the early signs of a potential problem and understand which steps you can take to actively combat any issues.
Evidence-based research concludes that positive psychology, neuroscience, sport, nutrition and sleep science are all ways in which mental health can be improved. Whatever your job role, it's vitally important you take the steps to look after yourself to prevent burn-out, stress and other common mental health issues.
The Thrive course includes reflective exercises and tools to help colleagues perform better in everyday life. All participants will receive a Thrive manual full of helpful information for reference and further learning.
