This course develops understanding, practical skills, and confidence to help champions contribute positively to workplace culture.

The session is designed to build confidence, reduce stigma, and create a shared foundation of understanding across teams.

Why neurodiversity champions matter

Many organisations recognise the importance of neurodiversity but lack internal knowledge and confidence to support it effectively.

Neurodiversity Champions help bridge this gap by:

  • Promoting awareness
  • Supporting colleagues
  • Encouraging open and supportive conversations
  • Helping create psychologically safe environments

Research highlights that inclusive culture, supportive colleagues, and understanding managers are key factors in helping neurodivergent employees thrive.

(City and Guilds Neurodiversity Index 2025)

Champions play an important role in creating this environment.
